TED STEVENS RECEIVES LOST INTERNET
Posted 26 Aug 2006 03:19:18 UTC

U.S. Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) announced last night that he had finally received his long-missing Internet. The Internet, which consists of several million computers interconnected with a series of tubes, was delivered to Senator Stevens last night. "I had long known that the Internet was not a big truck," the AP reported the Senator as saying. "But I was quite surprised to learn what a big truck it does take to deliver an Internet!" A spokesman from the Senator's office added that plans were currently underway to build a bridge to somewhere empty in order that they might have somewhere to store their Internet.
