2600 Magazine is pleased to announce the next in the series of our popular HOPE conferences. Named "HOPE Emitting X-Rays," or HEX, the conference will focus not only on the traditional topics of interest to hackers worldwide, but also on radiology and numerology.
Due to the pending destruction of our traditional home at the Hotel Pennsylvania, HEX will be held on Wednesday, June 6 at the Sixth Street Community Center. The Center is located on East Sixth Street between Avenues B and C in New York, NY.
Because of concern about the presence of undercover police officers, all HEX attendees will be x-rayed upon entering and leaving the conference. Attendees with medical conditions pending diagnosis may receive a copy of their x-rays for their doctors' use for a nominal fee.
"The police here in New York have long urged us, 'if you see something, say something,'" explained 2600 Magazine editor Emmanuel Goldstein. "With the technology we'll have at HEX, our ability to see something will be enhanced sixfold."
