WBAI-FM in New York, the station that airs Off The Hook Tuesday nights, received one hell of a shock on Election Day when President Clinton called the on-air line. What he never expected was that reporter Amy Goodman (heard during the WTO demonstrations on a now famous edition of Off The Hook) would keep him on the phone far longer than the two minutes he had allotted to the station so that he could promote Al Gore's candidacy.
