his is the last show of 1991. Emmanuel is 15 minutes late because of, ironically enough, a technological glitch. Discussion centers on the removal of touch tone payphones and postal hacking. Emmanuel calls COCOTs and reports on the raids of December 6 in which the FBI and Secret Service cooperated. These would later be known as the first raids on the Masters of Deception (MOD) which would have a profound and ominous effect on listeners.
