As Friday's hearing in the Ford lawsuit grows closer, we're calling upon those concerned with freedom of speech to participate in a number of ways.
If you're going to be in the Detroit area on Friday and consider yourself an expert on the Internet, how websites work, and the overall way things operate on the net, you may be able to help us out. If you're located on the caravan route in New York (Poughkeepsie, Albany, Utica, Syracuse, Buffalo) or Ontario (Hamilton, London, Windsor) and would like to have us make a brief stop in one of those places as we pass by on Wednesday or Thursday, just let us know. And, naturally, if you want to join the caravan at any point, we certainly want to hear from you. Just email caravan@2600.com to participate in any of the above. More info on the caravan can be found here.
In addition, we are now taking donations at our online store for the legal battle we've been drawn into. We appreciate all donations, large and small, because added together they will make a real difference.
The hearing is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 18 at 2 pm at the United States District Court, located at 231 W. Lafayette Boulevard, Room 707 in Detroit. The hearing is open to the public.
