Our legal team has filed a Protective Order Motion in the Ford lawsuit, which is designed to protect us from any funny business that Ford or their friends in Michigan may be planning. Since members of 2600 will be in Michigan for the hearing on Friday and since we don't ordinarily spend any time within the jurisdiction of Ford, we want some assurance that this whole thing won't be used as a shortcut to have us served with all kinds of other lawsuits they may be conjuring up. We're told this kind of thing happens often, so it pays to be safe.
