The case against our layout artist ShapeShifter, scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, has been delayed while the court schedules a trial. When his lawyers demanded a jury trial on Wednesday, there was no immediate availability of a judge. This could change on very short notice and the trial could be held anywhere from Thursday to sometime in June. We will keep you updated here.
