Much to our relief, Judge Kaplan has issued an order denying Time Warner's motion to stop the law firm Frankfurt, Garbus, Klein & Selz from representing 2600. The plaintiffs seem to have hoped to use this issue to stall the discovery process and prolong the preliminary injunction.
