A transcript of Jack Valenti's testimony will be posted on Monday, after the MPAA has had a chance to mark portions considered "confidential" that will be redacted. A video of the deposition will follow soon after. Thursday's discovery hearing went well, the MPAA must file a brief on June 13th detailing the extent to which it claims attorney-client privilege in order to avoid testifying about the case itself. Our reply will be entered June 19th and a hearing will follow.
