COURT HEARING TO ADDRESS MITNICK'S SUPERVISED RELEASE CONDITIONS
Posted 23 Jun 2000 00:00:00 UTC
There will be a very important hearing concerning Kevin Mitnick's future ability to speak at conferences, give interviews, and take part in exchanges of ideas in public forums. While Kevin still has many restrictions, such as not being allowed to work with computers and not being able to give advice on the subject where he can best be described as an expert, it is our hope that the court will see fit to lift the unreasonable restraints that are preventing Kevin from telling his story, earning a living even slightly above minimum wage, and meeting people who could help him get his life back on track. The hearing will be held on Monday, June 26 at 1:30 PM before Judge Pfaelzer (room 12) in Los Angeles.
