Since we're busy getting ready for H2K, it's been a while since the last update. As of right now the trial is going ahead on Monday, the 17th before Judge Kaplan. Local supporters are organizing a rally outside the courthouse the morning of the trial. There will be a press conference and two DeCSS related panels on Friday at H2K, including special guest Jon Johansen from Norway. Meanwhile, our attorneys have been busy taking and defending depositions and fighting all of the pre-trial skirmishes, including a recent attempt by the MPAA to get the harddrives of our many-user shell server.
