Tickets to Hacking At Large 2001, to be held in the Netherlands on August 10, 11, and 12, are now available through the 2600 Online Store.

If this is anything like the previous Dutch conventions (Galactic Hacker Party (1989), Hacking at the End of the Universe (1993), and Hacking In Progress (1997)), this will be an historical and inspirational event. Thousands are expected to converge on campgrounds at a University campus where there will be a 100 megabit connection to the net as well as a host of panels and workshops.

The official language of HAL 2001 will be English in case you're worried about not understanding anything. We've found the Dutch conferences to be filled with information, education, and all around fun. We've tried to capture this spirit in the three HOPE conferences we've held in New York, but there's really no substitute for the real thing.
