We're happy to announce that Jello Biafra, former lead singer of the Dead Kennedys, social activist, and H2K keynote speaker, will be joining us for H2K2.
His talk is scheduled for Saturday evening at 9 pm in Area "D" and will focus on such fun stuff as censorship of the mass media, further corporate consolidation, and the growing uprising against corporate power itself. He'll also touch on the exploitation of the tragedy of September 11 and the future of digital music among other topics.
There are a few schedule changes to pass along as well.
"The Vanished Art of Human Intelligence," originally scheduled for Saturday at 7 pm in Area "B" is now scheduled for Friday at 7 pm in Area "A".
The FBI panel, originally scheduled for Friday at 7 pm in Area "A" is now scheduled for Friday at 9 pm in Area "A".
The "Hacking National Intelligence" panel, originally scheduled for Friday at 8 pm in Area "A" is now scheduled for Saturday at 7 pm in Area "B".
The "Spying" panel, orginally scheduled for Saturday at 9 pm in Area "B" is now scheduled for Saturday at 8 pm in Area "B".
These changes will be reflected on the web site here and at the conference. The printed program will have the old information however.
