We now have the entire schedule for The Last HOPE conference posted in a
variety of formats. The talks span three full days using three tracks.
In addition, there will be a special fourth track for unscheduled talks
that people can sign up for at the conference. The rooms are labeled
Hopper, Turing, Engressia, and Zuse.

Please help us to spread the word by "digging" the story at

and by letting your favorite blogs and newsgroups in on all the fun.
A reminder: if you or someone you know has yet to preregister, the cutoff
for all overseas attendees has already passed. The cutoff for everyone else
will be Sunday, July 6th. This is to ensure that you get your tickets in
time. (If you're a speaker, note that buying a ticket is optional. We do
appreciate those of you who choose to purchase one anyway as these events
are incredibly expensive to run.) You can preregister at
http://store.2600.com/lasthope.html
We still could use help with volunteers, particularly in the A/V field. All
other offers of help are also most welcome. Please email us at
volunteers@hope.net and describe what you can do to help.
Our vendor space will soon be completely full. We intend to make it even
bigger than last time so if you're interested in selling stuff of your
own at The Last HOPE, contact vendors@hope.net for all the details.
It's true - not only did we sell out our entire conference block at the
Hotel Pennsylvania but now the entire hotel is sold out! But there are
still quite a few options in the neighborhood, ranging from cheap to
unbelievably expensive. We've detailed a few of them at
http://www.thelasthope.org/travel_more-hotels.php and there are many
more to be found. An ongoing discussion of options is also taking place
at our online forum at http://talk.hope.net/viewforum.php?id=26
We're less than three weeks away from the hacker event of the year! We
look forward to seeing you in New York City July 18-20 for The Last HOPE!
