The 2600 IRC server was taken offline on Friday when an arrangement with a now bankrupt provider suddenly came to an end.

We're currently in the process of regaining access to the actual machine. Once we do that, we expect to quickly find a new home to handle the bandwidth we need. We hope this will all happen within a day or two, if not less. Updates will be posted here. Until then, spend some time outdoors, assuming you have no other use for your computer than to talk to people on IRC.
